We’re excited to have you in our creative community. This handbook covers tuition, schedules, studio policies, make-ups, attendance, and media release forms — everything you need for a smooth and inspiring experience at our academy.

    Monthly Tuition plans:

    Once a week, 1 hour … $195.00

    Once a week, 2 hours… $279.00

    Twice a week, 1 hour… $309.00

    Twice a week , 1 hour & 2 hours… $359.00

    Twice a week, 2 hours… $389.00

    Tuition Payment is due monthly.

    Step Up for Students scholarships are accepted:

    West Kendall Location: We provide an invoice for reimbursement.

    Pinecrest: Apply directly through the Step Up Marketplace.

    No refunds for missed classes.

    • 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Mixed Media, Ages 8-13

    Wednesday

    • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Mixed Media, Ages 5-9

    • 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Mixed Media, Ages 10-17

    Friday

    • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Mixed Media, Ages 5-9

  • Days when the studio will be closed.

    • Holidays:

      Thanksgiving Weekend ( November 28-29, 2025 )

      Winter Break (December 23-January 03, 2026)

      Easter Weekend (April 03-04, 2026)

      Independence Day Weekend ( July 03-04, 2026)

    • On closed days, make-ups are not offered.

    • At Priscilla & Tiffany’s, all classes are group sessions, yet each student progresses at their own pace and rhythm, focusing on their individual artwork. Each instructor leads their own class group with a structured curriculum, providing personalized guidance and support tailored to every student’s skill level and goals.

    • Our approach is designed to help students develop strong artistic skills, refine techniques, and grow as confident artists, while receiving focused attention in an engaging and supportive environment.

    • All students are required to wear their academy T-shirts or aprons to class.

    • We cannot allow outside materials in our studio due to health hazard guidelines.

    • All the materials included in our material packages are pre-approved by our teachers to ensure work quality.

    • If you wish to discuss your child’s progress, please wait until the class has ended and all students have been dismissed to approach the Front Desk for a request to speak with the teacher.

    • The studio is not responsible for any artwork or personal item lost, stolen, or left behind.

    • Upon enrollment, you grant the Academy permission to photograph, videotape, or record the student and student's artwork during studio hours or events, and use these images or videos for social media, website, and some promotional purposes.

    • Monthly class tuition is paid in advance for the month coming up.

    • All students must attend their regularly scheduled classes. If you wish to change your class day to another please ask Front Desk for a schedule change.

    • Each class and teacher’s curriculum is unique. If a class is missed, there is no substitution. We cannot offer makeup classes nor any alternative classes.
