What we do
Here at Priscilla & Tiffany's Art academy, mindful meditation is used to center and allow our artists to release tension and focus on their art and creativity through breathing exercises, sound, and movement. Mindful Art often induces a flow state and you are encouraged to be aware of your thoughts and emotions. It exalts emotional health, enhances self awareness, and generates kindness. Blending these two practices together with art can truly bring profound healing to an artist. It allows both concentration and creativity to flow through them with inspiration.
